Small Business Sunday was born so that people have a specific time slot to tweet and can pitch their ‘sell’ directly to me. In 2022 I also opened up #SBS to businesses on Instagram and have been blown away by the depth and quality of the entrants.”

Instagram: Post an image describing your business or comment under @theopaphitis weekly #SBS is open post, between 5-7:30pm every Sunday, whilst tagging @theopaphitis and using the hashtag #SBS.
Look out for a Re-Tweet or Re-Post!
Every Monday night at 8pm, Theo reviews and chooses his favourite lucky six who are then re-tweeted or re-posted.
As he has around 500k followers on his Twitter, and over 40k followers on his Instagram, this provides a massive boost to the chosen lucky businesses!
