We have supplied hundreds of thousands of stillages, bins, baskets, cages, trolleys and racks over the years to a number of different industries. We are ISO9001 compliant and are well known for the reliability of our service, our pricing and for the quality of the stillages and other products we manufacture in our UK-based factory.

Utilising our in-house technical drawing and design facility (compatible with both AutoCAD and SolidWorks software) we are able to offer a fully comprehensive CAD design service enabling us to design and manufacture a bespoke stillage to meet your every need.

We have a fully automated 30ft wet spray shop on-site, enabling us to provide stillages with an electrostatic industrial one coat paint finish if required. In addition, we are also able to supply galvanized and powder coated products. We offer a full repair and certification service to our customers.

We have many years’ experience in our industry and are able to manufacture, manage and schedule large orders in to production whilst liaising closely with our customers – especially when they have urgent or complex requirements, or need to meet tight deadlines. JS Burgess is well known for building well-engineered and sturdy products, designed and manufactured to the highest standards using only the best commercial quality steel. All our products are manufactured by qualified welders and are engineered to last.

My Business Tips

Always try and give people a call on the phone - sometimes it can be difficult, but it's great for people to connect with you and hear your voice. If you can meet in person, so much the better!
