I'm Rachel and I'm the owner and Mallow Magician at Mallow Groove.
I'm married and have two sons.
I have always loved to bake and create goodies for people.

Mallow Groove came about after I had won a Marshmallow cookbook - who knew you could make them and after many trials I came up with a new recipe which was winning lots of new friends who all wanted to gift them. After planning on setting up the business it only seemed fitting to launch on my 40th birthday in 2016 - they always say life begins at 40.and so a new and exciting chapter began. I live to experiment with different flavours and fillings and the look on people's faces when they take the first bite is always amazing. These are nothing like the shop bought ones.
I love to change the flavours to reflect the seasons and Christmas is always one of my favourite times to play about with them.
