I’m Tracy Duggan, founder of Skillslocal® and creator of the Flourish® Framework, a practical model that supports businesses to grow through their people.
With 30 years’ experience in leadership, learning and organisational development, I’ve supported hundreds of companies to achieve Investors in People accreditation and build values-driven, high-performing cultures.
I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Association of Business Mentors, Professional Certified Coach, and Workplace Resilience & Wellbeing Master Practitioner, combining expertise with ❤️ heart, because great businesses start with great people.
