Four months ago, I received a phone call that completely changed my small business journey. It was from the producers of ‘Be Your Own Boss’, a brand-new ITV series hosted by Holly Tucker MBE, champion of small businesses and founder of Not On The High Street. They told me they wanted Magic by Post (formerly Pack n Play Trays) to be part of the show… and honestly, I was lost for words!
Fast forward to today, and I’m still pinching myself. Seeing my small business, something I started with passion, creativity, and a lot of kitchen-table chaos, being celebrated on national TV is beyond anything I could have imagined.
The show shines such a positive, uplifting light on small businesses, giving viewers a real glimpse into the heart, soul, and hard work that goes into building something from the ground up. It’s empowering, relatable, and full of emotion, everything that being a small business owner truly is.
For anyone running their own business (or dreaming of starting one), I can’t recommend watching Be Your Own Boss enough. It’s a beautiful reminder that with determination, belief, and a little bit of magic, dreams really can come true.
