My Bio

Like many people I have always loved visiting heritage sites and museums. I am now lucky enough to be a freelance heritage consultant, helping those very places I love, reach out to new audiences and shout about all the wonderful work they do. If you need help developing your audiences, communicating with clarity & engaging people in your mission, then get in touch. Whilst I am based in Worcestershire, I am happy to travel to support exciting organisations and projects.

As a trained teacher, I spent years encouraging learners to be inquisitive and seek out new opportunities or ways of looking at the world. This love of engaging others still underpins my work today with heritage & cultural organisations. I have worked for museums, building preservation trusts Diocesan & parochial church councils and charitable organisations in the heritage and cultural sector giving me a breadth of experience and knowledge. I also have an MA in International Heritage Management from The University of Birmingham.

When I am not at work, you’ll find me walking my cockapoo Mabel in the gorgeous Worcestershire countryside (check out our favourite walks here) running, knitting or reading a book. I’d love to hear about your work and what drives you, so please do get in touch and we can arrange a cuppa and a chat.
