The certification confirms that the company’s quality management system meets internationally recognised standard and reflects Terra Mechanica Maris Ltd’s commitment to delivering high quality, reliable, and consistent engineering solutions.
The certified scope of the management system is:
“Design and provision of subsea anchoring and drilling system engineering solutions. Provision of offshore management support services.”
Based in the Scottish Borders, Terra Mechanica Maris Ltd operates within the engineering and offshore renewable energy sectors, supporting innovative projects and developing advanced mechanical solutions for challenging environments.

The certification (Certificate No. C838383) is valid from 19 March 2026 to 18 March 2029 and supports the company’s long term ambitions to expand its engineering capabilities and play a key role in the offshore renewable energy supply chain.
The company is also actively working towards ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) certifications as part of its continued development.
Terra Mechanica Maris Ltd now operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 within the defined scope and continues to develop its management systems in line with industry best practice.
