My Bio

I’m Jackie, the person behind GwenGreen Creative Business Services.

I started GwenGreen almost 8 years ago after being made redundant from a job I’d been in for nearly 26 years. What began as a Virtual Assistant business has grown into something much bigger, combining creative support, practical problem solving, organisation, systems and strategy for businesses that need someone reliable behind the scenes.

I work with business owners who are brilliant at what they do but don’t always have the time, headspace or patience for the moving parts that keep a business running smoothly. That might mean creating forms and workbooks, managing newsletters, sorting systems, designing lead magnets, handling client communication, building landing pages or simply helping pull everything together when things feel chaotic.

A lot of my clients stay with me for years because I become more than “just a VA”. I’m often the sounding board, the calm head, the person spotting gaps, tying up loose ends and helping things actually get finished properly.

I’m also a Certified VA Mentor and Certified Business Strategist, supporting new and aspiring VAs through my Foundations First sessions.
