I thought I’d share a little update on what I’ve been up to recently at Pause Transform Coaching & Training Consultancy.
Over the past few months, I’ve been busy continuing my mission to support women leaders through coaching, training, and conversations that help them navigate leadership, wellbeing, and menopause with confidence.
Alongside growing my business, I’ve been developing new resources, expanding my professional network, and raising awareness of the impact menopause can have in the workplace. I’m passionate about helping organisations create more inclusive and supportive environments where women can thrive at every stage of their careers.
I’ve also been balancing business growth with ongoing professional development, ensuring that I continue to bring the highest standards of learning, coaching and people-focused expertise to my clients.
One of the things I love most about running my own business is the opportunity to have meaningful conversations that create lasting change, whether that’s supporting an individual leader, facilitating training, or helping organisations improve their culture.
The Small Business Sunday community has been a fantastic source of inspiration, and it’s always encouraging to see so many business owners supporting one another.
