Hello, I'm Millie and I am the creator of Mentallyunstitched.

This brand was created from my own journey - one shaped by years of navigating anxiety, sensory overwhelm, and a world that didn't always make space for the way I experience it. I lived over 21 years of my life not knowing I was autistic and my mental health suffered because of it. I found along my journey that there was a stigma around mental health and neurodivergence and this inspired me to want to change that. Sparking the idea to create clothes that allow people to feel comfortable and confident to be themselves!

My mission is to create a full clothing line of clothes specifically designed for comfort and mental wellbeing! All clothes to be sensory friendly, each with anxiety relieving adaptations.
