I'm Helen Pugh, founder of Ablepreneurs, based in beautiful Shropshire.

For over 30 years, I worked in customer-facing roles in estate agency, insurance, and financial services.

These roles helped me build strong skills in organisation, communication, and problem-solving.

Life changed when chronic health conditions meant I could no longer work in a traditional office. But I refused to let that be the end of my story.

I became self-employed, offering remote business support so owners can focus on growth, serve their clients, or simply take a well-earned break.

From this journey, Ablepreneurs was born.
