My Bio
I set up Lilac HR in 2018 as a side hustle. I knew my next step was into HR Management and I knew that local businesses would never really give HR a seat at the table and that just wasn't good enough for me. I had always dreamed of having my own HR department that genuinely made a difference and creating my own consultancy was the way to achieve that. In 2020, mid pandemic lockdown, I went full time in my own business. Since then, we have grown year on year, moved into an office space and hired a team.
