I run a disabled-led illustration practice creating thoughtful, narrative-driven artwork for brands, organisations and community projects. My work often explores nature, identity, access and everyday joy, alongside supporting other creatives through education and memberships.
My Bio
Northern Bird Designs is an independent illustration studio run by Annie (also known as Scavenger Annie). I work across illustration, public-facing creative projects and educational resources, with a focus on inclusive, sustainable creative practice.
Alongside client work, I develop memberships, workshops and resources supporting disabled, chronically ill and neurodivergent artists to build creative lives that work with their energy, not against it. My approach values care, clarity and long-term creative sustainability over hustle culture.
