Wrexham Cider® (Seidr Wrecsam) Ltd is a wholesale & retail cider & spirits merchant.

My brother Andy and I (Simon), grew up in Wrexham in the 1970's. We went to school, made friends, worked (a little), had families and now operate our business here.

As cider drinkers it seemed amiss that Wrexham did not have it's own brand of cider. There is, after all, a world famous football club, a world famous lager and a world heritage site. Maybe, one day, there will be a world famous cider.

Working with our producer in Somerset, we have developed a branded range of traditionally made, premium, apple and fruit ciders. Made from fresh fruit, traditionally pressed, pasteurized and lightly carbonated.

Unlike many mainstream cider producers, we do not use fruit concentrate. We support British orchard farmers, preventing the decline of heritage orchards. Using a variety of apples and fruits to produce great tasting, refreshing ciders.

With no artificial flavours or colours, Wrexham Cider® is crisp, clean and easy to drink.

In July 2025 we began work on our own branded range of spirits. Developing, with a bespoke distillery partner, a premium amber rum and a premium dark spiced rum, produced in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.

Our spirit brand, Colliery No2®,is dedicated to Wrexham's proud industrial heritage, in particular the mining history of the town.

With our business premises being located at the Bersham colliery site, we felt our brand should reflect, and pay homage to the contribution made by the towns miners.
