As Red Nose day 2015 fast approaches, Ryman takes a look back over some of this year’s fabulous fundraising efforts by colleagues and stores.
Last week saw Ryman Support Centre and stores take on a virtual Dance Off on Twitter against our fellow Red Nose Day sponsors. Short videos of Ryman colleagues shimmying, sashaying and swaying were tweeted, and as we busted some moves we also helped to raise awareness and lots of money for Comic Relief.
National dress up day was also great fun with Ryman boasting a giant parrot, Where’s Wally, a human whoopee cushion and Shrek either serving customers or wandering the corridors of Ryman HQ!
Donations hit our fundraising buckets at record speeds with RND bucket totals standing at around £8000 to date already with four more days to go until the big day!
Tomorrow will see the Ecommerce, Trading, and Marketing Teams pushing themselves even further. As a team they will be cycling the total mileage from our furthest Ryman Store North, St Andrews, to our furthest Ryman Store South, Penzance . . . A massive 569 miles!
The Insaniac’s challenge has seen 5 of Ryman’s toughest characters take part in this 60 day workout challenge dubbed as the hardest workout ever burning up to 1000 calories in a single session. These guys have raised more than £800 between them so far.
