When I returned from living in The Netherlands, and transferred my business into the UK, my first article for British Airways was about using plain English internationally.

BA's strap line read:

"plain English – Everyone in business has to learn it these days, except the British themselves. Which could be a mistake, says Fiona Talbot"

Unfortunately the magazine has changed in format and the archived article is now no longer accessible via a url. I am, however, planning to make it available in the 'Reading Room' on my website soon along with various other updates.
