Interesting advertising opportunity

When running my own bussiness i realised how hard it is to gain great value for money when it came to promoting my services.

I regularly was offered advertising space in papers and magazines as well as a number of other various areas such as banners at trade fairs and local events.

from the numerous times i tried these options i gained no interest at all , no leads and no new customers although i had paid out fairly large amounts from my hard eraned funds.

During this time i realised just how valuable word of mouth is and having people openly talk about who you are and what you provide.

I then found that this linked really well with supporting others and promting myself via sponsoring others such as within areas of sport.

I have found that while sponsoring sporting amatures and professionals and them wearing my logo i gained a number of different things.

These included the satisfaction of helping others to achieve their goals and ambitions and the please that brings, seeing my logo being worn at major sporting events including on TV and within interviews and hearing others talk about my bussiness and word and mouth actively growing in my presence.

I am now currently working with a number of professional Snooker players from the main World Snooker tour who have Logo space available on their waistcoats.

One of these is Portsmouth based 17 year old Jamie Wilson who due to his fast paced playing style and exciting natural talent is gaining everyone’s attention within and around the sport.

Jamie has just started his 2nd season on the professional tour with around 10 tournaments remaining and has received great praise from his peers which has greatly increased his social media following and media profile.

The benefits from sponsoring a player in this way and them wearing your company logo is promotion of yourself or business via TV including through ITV , BBC and Euro sport amongst many others, Interviews and mentions by the sportsperson themselves and via the sports website and literature.

Not only does someone gain from interest around the player and their achievements but also from who they play with the possibility of Jamie playing anyone in the sport such as Ronnie O’Sullivan, Mark Selby , Judd Trump etc which usually have viewing figures around the world into the several millions.

Players are often seeking new sponsorship so within areas such as players lounges will often ask eachother who their sponsor is and what they do, this often means that players will find and use new services and product supplies as they trust eachothers recommendations.

This really is a great and different way to promote any business with many options available such as Sponsoring per match , per tournament or for the season which could include meet and great opportunities for yourself at the venues themselves.

Jamie is currently asking £250 per tournament (Logo design and manufacture included) or £175 per tournament for a full season with a payment in advance of 10 tournaments.

This offers great value for money with many rewards such as photo opportunities , extra media coverage and Jamies team actively promoting your bussiness or products.

Footage of Jamie playing in last years snooker shootout can be seen here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2AMTcznPls

If you would be interested in sponsoring Jamie or have any further questions please feel free to message or contact myself.

Regards,

Matt Andrews
