Kathryn Alice Art named Official Artist for Lytham Festival and joins #SBS Winners

It has been an incredible few weeks for Kathryn Alice Art. I’m thrilled to share that I was recently named one of Theo Paphitis’s #SBS Small Business Sunday winners, joining a national community of over 4,000 UK small businesses.

Alongside this exciting recognition, I am proud to have been announced as the Official Artist for Lytham Festival’s 15th anniversary in 2026. Earlier this year, my large‑scale artwork LYTHAMMANIA transformed over 14 metres of festival fencing into a vibrant visual centrepiece celebrating music, culture and community. The response was overwhelming, and I am now creating a new commissioned piece that will feature on billboards, bus stops, and branding ahead of the 2026 festival launch.

This recognition builds on recent milestones including being named Lancashire Artist of the Year 2024, serving as a guest judge for Lancashire Artist of the Year 2025, and becoming a finalist in both the Enterprise Vision Awards (Creative Industry) and the Great British Entrepreneur Awards (Early Stage Stand Out).

To now have Theo Paphitis and the #SBS community championing my work is an incredible boost, helping me reach new audiences and grow my mission to create artwork that celebrates people, places and moments that matter.
