Toni Delli-Compagni, founder of sustainable children’s clothing brand Little Ensemble, has been named a finalist in the Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs) – the UK’s largest business awards dedicated solely to women. She is shortlisted in the highly competitive Best Retail category, alongside B-Corp brands and national names.
Toni, who handmakes gender-neutral clothing from UK-sourced fabrics in her Oxfordshire home, says the nomination came as a surreal moment:
“I attended the #SBS conference earlier this year and watched Zoe Chapman from Whizzer on stage. I was so inspired. Now I’ve somehow ended up in the same category. Little old me! It just goes to show what’s possible.”
The EVAs celebrate the achievements of women in business across all sectors, from sole traders to large-scale enterprises. Finalists were selected for their innovation, growth, and commitment to impact – values that Toni has built into every seam of Little Ensemble.
As a weekly winner of Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday, Toni credits the #SBS network for boosting her visibility and confidence to enter national awards.
“Being part of the #SBS community has helped me believe in my business. Little Ensemble is about more than clothes – it’s about showing that handmade, sustainable fashion can thrive without compromise.”
Winners will be announced at the glittering EVAs ceremony later this year in Blackpool. For the full list of finalists, visit:
