Room Available for Birmingham

We have a spare booking (through bookings.com) for a room for two nights at the Hampton by Hilton in Broad Street, Birmingham. The cost of the room is £248 for 2 nights. It is a double with a sofa bed. We have not paid for this yet, but have to cancel by the weekend to avoid getting charged.
