The excitement was building as we got closer to our first Baby Fresh show with Your Baby NI Pregnancy, Baby and Toddler Show in Stormont Hotel Belfast. On the lead up to the show we got our content, swag and ticket giveaway all lined up and with the prospect of up to 600 visitors on the day it was looking to be an exceptional day.
Teething biscuits baked, recipe kits packed, and leaflets bagged we were all set up and ready to roll. Other stalls were getting organised with such a buzz around the event. We recognised some of the other businesses and after 2 years of following them on Instagram, and only seeing them on video, it was so lovely to chat to local businesses in person and share our ups and downs, with everyone in similar positions.
As the event came to an end we had the best day being able to chat to other small businesses and customers. Overwhelmed by the feedback and response around our Baby Fresh recipes, the ease, variety, and inspiration we aim to give families in cooking at home for their kids and babies was confirmed when talking face to face with mums and dad’s.
Attending this event has felt like such a boost for us and feel they are so valuable when getting the word out about what we do. Keep an eye out for Baby Fresh at our next show this September.
