The Sun Room at KUKShades – Summer Skin Care Tips from Tropic.

Summer days can be troublesome for our skin care routine and with so many products to choose from it's difficult to make the right choice. Luckily I was contacted by a local Tropic Ambassador, Diana Yerkess who wanted to share some secrets and top summer products from the UK's fastest growing beauty company .

So here's what Diana recommends from Tropic's summer range.

We are all encouraged to apply suncreen daily, Diana explained that Tropic suncreeens are all mineral based, meaning they reduce free radicals and don't harshly react to UV rays. They are great for sensitive skin and the natural ingredients are so much better for the envioronment. Tropic Skin Shade sunscreen comes in factor 15, 30 and 50, is water resistant and prevents premature skin aging. What's not to love!

Tropc Skin Shade MIneral Sun Protection.  £28 for 200ml

For everyday sun protection, Diana also recommends we add the following products to our summer routine. These three items complement the Skin Shade range beautifully.

Sun Balm: A facial suncreen balm for areas prone to burning – SPF 50 – £16

Tinted Skin Shade: More than a tinted moisturiser, this has an SPF of 50 and protects against aging – £24

Sun Soothe: A cooling aftersun lotion, with Aloe Vera, and vitamin E, just in case we over do it – £18

Summer days are all about looking and feeling our best, so Diana has picked out two gorgeous treats that will help us glow and feel amazing in the sun. I think both of these products would be perfect to take on holiday with you, ideal for making your sun tan shimmer.

Sunlight Cream Highlighter: With vitamin E and coconut oil, it brighten and illuminates creating a dewy glow. £18

Summer Goddess Shimmering Body Oil: coconut and jojoba oils infused with a golden shimmer and vanilla fragrance. £28

Tropic skincare has a great ethos, beautiful packaging and uses wonderful ingredients that are kind to us and the environment.
