Hi, I’m Sam!

At 23, I was working in Manchester and thrust into management with zero training and targets to hit.

Leading a mostly older-than-me, male team.

Figuring it out the hard way - I've now made it my mission to change that for others.

I help teams, sellers, and leaders cut through outdated, tick-box training to build real, human-centred skills that drive performance.

From helping front-line managers find confidence, equipping leaders to inspire, or sharpening sales skills to boost revenue - I make the toughest soft skills simple, actionable, and impactful.

Starting my career in Retail meant CX was at the forefront of all I did.

CX is still at the heart of everything I do today.

Charles Dunstone (Carphone Warehouse) said "If we don't look after the customer, somebody else will". My goal is to help your teams do just that.

Over the years, I’ve worked with global tech start ups & enterprises to train 1000s, and earned a stack of qualifications (at night & weekends!) mastering the science of leadership, sales and human behaviour.
