My story is I was thrown into leadership at 23. Managing older, mostly male sales teams with zero training. It was a steep learning curve, but it shaped how I work today: helping others lead, sell and support customers and business operations, with clarity and confidence (minus the trial by fire).
Since then, I’ve trained thousands across startups and global enterprises, always with a sharp focus on customer + stakeholder experience, behaviour change and commercial results.
