In light of the fact that we are inundated with requests for support and business, we have setup a new system to cope.

If you click the arrow to the right, it will offer you 3 options – One for general business enquiries, one for #SBS Enquiries – for things like 'how do I?' or 'can you help me with?' requests. The second is for highlighting technical issues you are struggling with or have identified – over and above what we are posting. This is the #SBS Support drop down. Fill in as much detail as you can on any of these, and you will be prioritised in the order we receive them.
