Wilmer is the CEO of Caribe Coffee Ltd. Wilmer and his Northumbrian wife, Elle, import excellent quality coffee to provide the best, fresh roasted coffee retail and wholesale around the UK. Being from Honduras, Wilmer has unique access to small farm cooperatives in Honduras that did not previously sell to the UK. He is passionate about sustainable farming and fair trade and hopes to grow large enough to have a real positive affect on lives of the farmers. Caribe Coffee provides the top 16% grade coee online and locally. Unlike many coffee brands, Wilmer represents Caribe Coffee brand and is very active on social media platforms, his brand image and story is very much part of the business. He has featured on local BBC radio, given presentations at food festivals and appeared on BBC the ONE show. They are passionate about supporting farmers and giving back to others.
