My Buzz

With every tiny clay friend, comes a big story! Our passion is to bring life and character to an empty office desk, a busy bookshelf or provide comfort in the form of a pocket friend for anxious humans.

By offering a variety of sculptures and collectables across the year, we hope there is something for everyone. Most collections have a limited amount of pieces made, providing each recipient with the knowledge that they have ONE of a few artworks like it in the world!

My Bio

A Tiny Crafter was established in October 2019 as a way for Ren, the owner of the business, to honour her late grandfather.

It wasn't until the summer of 2020, during the height of the covid lockdowns, that Ren decided to put her all into the sculptures she was making and go full time. Since then, A Tiny Crafter has thrived and grown across various social media platforms, resulting in over 400+ sales and significantly more individual art pieces across the world!

In the near future, the business hopes to branch out into clay homeware and decor pieces, providing new homeowners, students, small families and more with simple, but unique items for their homes without breaking the bank.

My Business Tips
  • Try not to compare yourself to others! While it's good to be aware of the competition and figure out how to boost your own business, it's good to remember we're all working at different speeds, with different resources and finances. It doesn't make you less worthy to be further behind someone else who started 2 years before you.
  • Don't over-purchase stock and raw materials to start with. Work with a decent amount, not too little, not too much and go from there.
  • You will most likely have to put more money in than you get back sometimes, just to get an idea off the ground, but be responsible while doing so.
