These are my top eye health tips!
Have an eye test every 2 years without fail as we can detect many medical conditions from your eyes.
If you smoke, stop and eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
Choose romaine (cos) lettuce, red/yellow peppers, kale and spinach as the eye health ingredient lutein content is higher.
Wear sunglasses as much as possible to protect your eyes.
Use blue light screen protectors on your mobile devices and VDU screens.
Never mix contact lenses and water in the shower, bath, pool, sea or spa.
