Clear For Men

Hi! My name is Louis and I am the founder of Clear For Men - A mental health awareness skincare brand that aims to encourage men to 'Take Five' for what really matters, their well-being.

In 2020/2021, I was struggling a lot with my mental health. I felt isolated, burnt out and lost and it was the first time (that I know of) that I had experienced anxiety. My aim is to help break the stigma of the ever-growing problem that is men's mental health and remind men of the importance of self-care.
