My Bio
After working as a chef for approx 30 years I decided to work for myself, making jams, chutney, curds and marmalades. I have been doing this for seven years now. I really enjoy what I do. I have a supportive husband and two wonderful daughters. I am also blessed with good friends.
That is a very short version of along story.
I have also won Great Taste awards in 2009
My Business Tips
Never give up. Listen to constructive comments, but not destructive. Be kind to people, unless/until they deserve otherwise, kindness generates kindness. Be wary of too good to be true, it usually is. Always learn your lessons from both defeat and triumph. Make a success a stepping stone for the next, bigger success. Perhaps you can't achieve perfection, but try always for that. There is a good reason why all I have said in this section are cliches, they work.
