Most marketing is simple and common sense - learn to do it yourself even if as yuo grow you outsource or employ your own marketing staff. As you will have a much greater understanding of all areas if you have done it yourself.
Forge relationships with Universities as they have film/web/marketing departments - students need projects and could help with your own marketing.
