My Bio
Renu Elston is the founder of Profectus, a finance support business helping charities, nurseries and small organisations get their finances properly under control.
With over a decade of experience in finance, Renu set up Profectus after seeing the same issue repeatedly — organisations weren’t failing because they lacked ambition, but because their day-to-day finances were messy, unclear and quietly creating pressure in the background.
Through her “Finance Fixer” approach, Renu provides hands-on, operational finance support — sitting between admin and accountants to ensure everything is done properly, little and often.
Known for her calm, practical and no-nonsense approach, she focuses on bringing clarity, structure and control to finances so leaders can focus on their work without constant financial worry.
