My Buzz
Since winning a #SBS retweet our business has gone from strength to strength. It was in its infancy when we won and knowing that we had the support of such a successful entrepreneur gave us the confidence that we needed to help the website succeed. The #SBS initiative is one that we are very proud and excited to be a part of and the new #SBS site provides a fantastic platform for us to connect with other winners and also makes information and knowledge available to us to aid us in our journey!
My Bio
Saxtys is a well established family owned Bar and Restaurant in Herefordshire. With the knowledge and experience gained with over 300 years in the alcohol trade coming from the Symonds family - founders of Symonds cider - it seemed perfect business sense for the next move to be online!
The website was a whole new ball game for us, but with the help of long held ties with suppliers, we found our feet relatively quickly! By focusing on a professional but personal customer service and also offering high quality products at the best possible prices, Saxtys Wines is beginning to thrive.
With the site now going from strength to strength, 2012 is already looking like a very exciting year, with many a new venture already on the horizon....
My Business Tips
I believe that the most important aspect of running a good business is to simply enjoy what you are doing. If you're not enjoying it, your customers won't be enjoying it either....and after all, the customer is key!
We also try to live by Madame Bollinger's quote...
