The Budding Chef's Club

We are a mother-daughter partnership and although our lives have taken completely different paths, we've ended up working together, creating a wonderful small business that we are so proud of, never stop thinking about and never stop talking about.

Maria had a long career as a family & conveyancing solicitor, retiring in December 2016 after having had a second hip replacement. She has worked for numerous firms in West Sussex, as well as running her own very successful practice.
Maria was born in Italy, and moved to Worthing aged 6, where she was enrolled in school despite being able to speak or understand a word of English. Her relentless determination, spirit and sheer hard work has seen her achieve everything she has set her mind to,
She has 3 children, and 7 grandchildren.

Hannah, started adult life as a teenage mum, and has worked in a variety of roles including; insurance, banking, defence, manufacturing, transport, education and local council. Hannah has suffered with mental health problems since the age of 15, but with the right support (especially from her Mum!), and the same steely determination, fight and spirit as her Mum, is determined to make this business the wonderful success they both believe in 100%.
