We did it… Yesterday team Axon took part in the Macclesfield 5K to raise funds for our charity of the year – Space 4 Autism.
It was a good effort all round with some good finishing times. A special well done to Ash, who completed the race in 22 minutes finishing 22nd out of 221 runners. And to Anna who managed to shave a massive 10 minutes off her last 5K race thanks to the encouragement of the boss… It’s all about team work.
Finishing times below;
Ash – 22 minutes 16 seconds. Awesome…
Greg – 24 minutes 6 seconds. A flying start – we were eating his dust.
Rick – 33 minutes 16 seconds. His first long distance run. In his words, not bad for a granddad.
Tim – 34 minutes 4 seconds. Could have gone faster, but had to look after Anna (yeah we believe you).
Anna – 34 minutes 4 seconds. A new PB.
