My story has had real ups and downs, from underfuelling and overtraining as a Spanish national athlete to setbacks and rebuilding. But it’s shown me there is always a way through. That’s the foundation RED-Scue is built on – real hope, not generic advice.
Not “eat more, train less” messaging, but lived experience that changes how support is delivered. We’ve heard the stories, seen the impact, and built something to reduce overwhelm and support real fuelling needs.
It also feels like proof the message is getting out – the importance of fuelling properly, consistently, and enough. For anyone who feels like REDs (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) or low energy has stolen moments from them, this is your reminder: there is always more to come. I promise 💫
