Pitch to Red Letter Days

  • Make sure you can accept individual bookings (RLD don’t commit to filling exclusive groups)
  • Make your proposal engaging
  • Wow us with great photos, videos and testimonials - make sure emailed proposals don’t exceed 4mb otherwise they’ll bounce
  • There’s no such thing as too much information about you, the business, the venue, your facilities, your staff – bring it all to life and give us the best possible taste of your experience
  • Be clear on pricing – how much are your experiences, and how much are any extra services that you can directly supply to potentially enhance the experience even further
