Brave & The Bold creates products which enhance the experience of outdoor enthusiasts. Our motto is 'Life Without Limits'.

In April 2015 we successfully crowdfunded our debut range of Sunglasses. These high quality, low cost shades were inspired by the British Beach & our coastal culture. The idea was born from frustration at highly inflated prices for quality eye wear. It is our goal to make great products which stand out from a crowd, but at prices everyone can afford.

My Bio

I began freelancing as a Graphic Designer in 2012 with the support of The Prince's Trust after 12 years unemployment. Much of that time I was housebound due to an extreme social phobia (later I was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome). I had little contact with the world or people.

Eventually I cured myself of my phobia and developed a new passion for exploring the world and trying new things. Traveling, hiking and extreme sports became a big obsession. It was through this and not being able to afford good quality products, that I formed Brave & The Bold.

I now often take part in inspirational speaking where I share my story with both young people and business leaders. I've met and shared my story with people such as Kelly Hoppen, The Duke of Northumberland, Rod Stewart, Ajaz Ahmed & Cheryl Fernandez Versini.

In March 2015 I was awarded 'Young Ambassador of The Year' at the Prince's Trust Celebrate Success Awards. I received my Award from HRH Prince Charles & Simon Cowell.

My Business Tips

The best business advice I ever received was from Kelly Hoppen. She told me to never waiver from your identity or your vision, even when others question it. She explained when she started out, people questioned her judgment for neutral colours in her work. However, she stuck to her goals and its now her signature style and what she is best known for.
