10 years in hospitality, entertainment, events, marketing and media have led myself and my team to launch a fast casual food concept with a focus on quality, consistency and authentic hospitality. We have already been nominated in the top 5 Chicken concepts in the UK by The Metro Newspaper London, and now operate 3 restaurants in the Bournemouth and Poole area. We have a number of franchises pipelined and see franchising as our most obvious route of substantial growth.
