Long Hazel Park is an Adult Only touring, camping and lodge park based in South Somerset and open all year. We are rated 5* by VisitEngland, 4 Gold Pennants by The AA and inspected by European bodies ADAC, ACSI and ANWB.
We won the Bristol, Bath and Somerset Gold Award for Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park of the Year for 2021 and Silver in the same category for 2020.
As a small, 3 and a half acre site, we have hardstanding availability for caravans, campervans and motorhomes of all sizes on both standard and new, fully serviced pitches including your own water standpipe, drainage on your pitch and 16 amp electric hook-up supply. We can also cater for RVs and Fifth Wheels of up to 40ft. We have grass tent pitches for everyone from one man tents to large tents with pods and bell tents, all supplied with electric hook-up.
Our Shower Block has recently been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, with rainfall shower heads and we regularly receive 100% cleanliness ratings in our inspections. We have a separate wet room Accessible Suite with full wheelchair access.
Our holiday lodges each sleep up to four adults, with their own outdoor decking areas for al fresco dining. Our Blackforest Lodge was hand-built to create a fully wheelchair accessible facility, with very spacious living and bathroom accommodation. Our Tingdene Lodge is perfect for couples attending nearby weddings at the many venues in Somerset and Dorset.
Sparkford is well positioned for trips to Haynes Motor Museum and the Fleet Air Arm Museum, as well as small market towns including Bruton, Frome, Castle Cary, Somerton and Langport. We are within a short distance of the Hauser & Wirth art gallery at Bruton. Somerset is of course famous for cider and Cheddar cheese and we're always happy to help you plan trips to try out the best that the county has to offer!
Work hard and be nice to people!
