Hi I’m Mairi and I make cocktail inspired drizzles on the west coast of Scotland. My boozy sauces contain nearly 2 measures of your favourite tipple. With flavours such as Rum & Salted Caramel, White Chocolate & Raspberry Martini, Pina Colada, Strawberry daiquiri plus many more are delicious over ice cream, pancakes and can even be used as cocktail mixers. While our savoury range which includes Port, Cherry & Black Pepper, Spicy Tequila, Whisky, Lemon & Chilli, Gin & Cranberry are amazing over salads, seafood, burgers and even cheeses.
