Tell us how #SBS has affected your business:
In one night since winning we have gained 70 new followers, it is good to see so many businesses working hard and flourishing. We also received a call from The Guardian Small Business Showcase and they showcased our company in the business section of The Guardian on Wednesday 27th November, they noticed our company from the #sbs win.
Stuart Henry Kitchens Ltd was opened in February 2007, (the year the credit crunch started) We are a small family run business and have now been in the kitchen industry for 28 years. We started getting recommends within the 1st year of opening and we are now a multi award winning business, in 2010 we won Merseyside Local Traders of the Year (home services section) in 2011 we were highly commended for one of our kitchen designs in the Kitchen Design Awards ( Designer Magazine) and in October this year (2013) we won the Neff Excellence Awards Kitchen Design of the Year (under £20k category) and in November 2013 winners of Theo Paphitas #SBS Award. We cater for the individual needs of our clients from worktops replacements to full kitchen re-furbishments.
Our business tips are to always be up front with your customers, our 1st price is our only price, we often say that if we could do it any cheaper we would have done it in the 1st place. We make sure that we know everything there is to know about the products we sell, this way we can be confident that we are giving the best advice and service to our customers, this will bring repeat business. In our winning kitchen design the Editor of Designer Magazine Martin Allen-Smith said "Lots of attention to detail make this entry stand out"
So make sure you give attention to detail the client will really notice and it will make you stand out from your competitors.
