My Business Tips

Our business tips are to always be up front with your customers, our 1st price is our only price, we often say that if we could do it any cheaper we would have done it in the 1st place. We make sure that we know everything there is to know about the products we sell, this way we can be confident that we are giving the best advice and service to our customers, this will bring repeat business. In our winning kitchen design the Editor of Designer Magazine Martin Allen-Smith said "Lots of attention to detail make this entry stand out"
So make sure you give attention to detail the client will really notice and it will make you stand out from your competitors.
Advertising is important, make sure you use what works for you, & dont feel obliged to advertise with every person or company that contacts you. We have found small local magazines (full page A5 ad approx £120.00) We also use a billboard for 4 weeks every 8/12 weeks works out apprx £240 per week for 24/7 coverage
