TFL Education Ltd

In 2008, I started TFL Education Ltd to allow me to focus on designing a flexible, sustainable and cost-effective life-long leadership development framework. We provide character through leadership curriculum programmes for school pupils and management and leadership qualifications for adults.

To support the development of pupils' character qualities and leadership skills, we have created fully resourced primary and secondary school curriculum programmes and workshops. All curriculum programmes and workshops are culturally sensitive, promote a values-based education approach and support SMSC, PSHE and Citizenship education.

Our Continuing Professional Development programmes provide schools, businesses, and individuals with a framework of Royal Chartered Management Institute qualifications. From new entrants into professions through to Level 8 'Chartered' status, the highest recognition of management and leadership available, our structured framework supports individuals at every stage of their career to develop the knowledge and expertise necessary to develop excellence in practice.

In 2010, I founded the World Leadership Academy - a community of like-minded organisations; achieved Chartered Manager status and became a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

In 2019, we were designated a Chartered Manager Assessment Centre and are committed to support individuals to achieve Chartered Manager status.

I am a board member and trustee of Great Schools Trust, a not-for-profit Multi Academy Trust that has built its reputation on defining and setting standards of excellence in education.
