Thea’s Room

Welcome to Thea's Room, we lovingly hand make and block print lampshades to suit your decor, along with matching cushions and homeware such as tea towels and aprons.

All of our lampshades are made with reclaimed or bolt end fabrics to ensure these discarded fabrics do not go into landfill. All of the components of our lampshades are made in the UK. Your lampshade is handmade and printed to order depending on your colour, design size and fitting requirements.

If you have a fabric you would like to be used to make a lampshade or cushion let us know and we will work with you to meet your requirements to complete the look you want in your home after all your home is your castle.

Our homewares are handprinted on Ethically Produced Fair Trade Cottons in colours and designs of your choice. These can now be personalised to add the finishing touches to your purchases.

You will find us at local Craft Fairs and Pop-Ups - Sign up to our website and you will be kept up to date on where we are. We hold workshops, so you can make your very own lampshade, keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook page or Events Page on our website.

Meet the Team:

Sarah:
I decided to open Thea's Room because I love being creative with fabrics, colours and patterns. I am always wanting to try something new.
I live in Cheltenham with my husband and daughter Thea. I love all things vintage, and I enjoy up-cycling furniture. I am also a Harry Potter Geek.

Amanda:
With over 25 years of interior design experience, I decided to join Thea's Room as a joint venture with Sarah to bring the finishing touches to your home. I have a keen eye for detail with my passion, being a love of fabrics and being creative.
I also live in Cheltenham and have four amazing grandchildren.
