My Bio
Tideswell School of Food is a cookery school, nano-brewery and conference facility located in the picturesque village of Tideswell in the Peak District.
Originally established with BIG Lottery Funding and part of the Village SOS Scheme; Tideswell School of Food is the financial engine of the wider ‘Taste Tideswell’ project – a community led social enterprise that aims to create a thriving, prosperous community sustained by its own food economy.
