My Bio
I set up Wise Choice Nutrition 3 years ago after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Public Health Nutrition. I offer menu plans for healthy eating which are suitable for the whole family with the focus being away from Calorie counting and more about eating a healthy balanced diet. I also offer sports nutrition advice for athletes.
