My Bio
I'm Craig, and I run BeachSupplies.co.uk with my wife Jenna. Between us we've spent around forty years in travel, from cabin crew and airline operations at Britannia, Thomson and TUI to charter sales, cruise and airport negotiations at Norwegian. You'd think that would make us brilliant at packing for our own family holidays. It didn't.
The night before every trip looked the same: two children, two suitcases, a list that kept growing, six browser tabs open hunting for reef-safe sun cream and a decent beach towel, and someone asking where the passports were. We realised families don't need more products. They need less stress.
So we built the shop we wished had existed. BeachSupplies.co.uk brings trusted travel essentials into one place, backed by our AI-powered Ultimate Packing Plan™, which takes the guesswork out of what to bring. Sustainability is built in rather than bolted on, with recycled packaging, planet-friendly products and small brands we love. We're family-founded, based at the Business Innovation Centre in Coventry, and we ship worldwide.

My Business Tips
Build the thing you wished existed. BeachSupplies.co.uk started the night before a family holiday, with two kids, two suitcases and no idea where the passports were. If you've lived the problem yourself, you'll explain it better than any marketing agency ever could, and your customers will know you mean it.
Your past career is an asset, not a detour. Jenna and I spent decades in airlines, tour operations and cruise before we sold a single beach towel. Those contacts, that industry knowledge and the habit of picking up the phone have opened more doors than any ad spend.
Consistency beats volume. We're a small team, so we stopped trying to post everywhere every day. A few useful things done well and done regularly will always beat a burst of activity followed by six weeks of silence.
Partner up. Small businesses get further together. Collaborating with brands, affiliates and other independents has given us reach we could never have bought on our own.
Say yes to the support that's out there. Business incubators, local growth programmes and awards like #SBS aren't just nice to have. They give you advice, credibility and, maybe most importantly, a room full of people who understand exactly what you're going through.
Be honest, even when it's less shiny. We'd rather tell a customer what a product won't do than oversell it. Honesty over hype builds the kind of trust that brings people back.
